From Vigers Property Consultants to VPC Malaysia.
The local practice commenced operations in Malaysia in March 1990 under the Vigers Property Consultants name, established under a franchise from Vigers Hong Kong. Over the years, the practice steadily built its presence in the Malaysian market and developed into a broader nationwide network serving a wide range of property-related assignments.
In line with the strategic objective of owning its own trademark and repositioning itself as one of the country’s established property consultancy firms, the practice undertook a major exercise of rebranding and became known as VPC Malaysia with effect from 1 March 2004.
Today, VPC Malaysia supports clients with valuation, consultancy, estate agency, property management, market survey, feasibility, plant and machinery valuation, investment and land acquisition related services through its network of 10 offices across Malaysia.
