Advise the developer on the best development concept and development mix.
Determine the Highest and Best Use and to determine the feasibility of the project through Risk Analysis, Payback Period Analysis, Break Even Analysis, Scenario Analysis, Weighted Probability Analysis.
Advise developers with projected Gross Development Values (GDV), Gross Development Costs (GDC) and the financial viability.
Valuation of assets for these purposes are often complex and require expert opinion. It calls for greater professionalism due diligence. Valuation reports are documents that require extremely high quality of detailed analysis and must be in compliance with the strict standards of the Security Commission and Valuation Certificates are prepared with careful attention to detail.
